Having led in various capacities in the local church and engaged with a number of global church pastors / leaders, our desire to be together as church leaders and help each other to be the church across cultures has continued to grow.
As such, we have made ourselves available to travel and work with a number of churches in various countries in the areas of:
- Leadership Development (individual and organizational) and
- Discipleship Training (individual and organizational).
So far, this ministry has us working alongside church leaders in Lithuania, Kenya and Czechia.
As we do this, it is also our desire to:
- catalyze relationships between global church leaders,
- connect global church leaders to Canadian churches for mutual learning and partnership and to
- provide opportunities for Canadians to travel to expand their worldview and increase their understanding of the church around the world
- provide opportunities for our global friends to travel to Canada to increase their understanding of the Canadian church and to serve together.
